Five days of progression. One hour a day in the tunnel, every session with a goal and a video review.

What you getOne-to-one coaching, briefings, video debriefs and the camp group chat. Afterwards a written wrap-up with what we worked on and your next goal.

Not includedTunnel time, bed, travel, meals, gear and insurance. The tunnel invoices you for flight time and bed about two weeks before camp.

At the tunnel

Sauna and hot tubs, a kitchen, debrief areas and comfortable common areas. Shops are very close. Accommodation: shared bunk rooms in a separate house 1.5 km from the tunnel, 20€ per night, subject to availability.
